About Oats
Oats (Jai) are a vigorous, fast-growing winter crop. Terrace gardeners almost exclusively grow them densely in shallow trays to produce 'cat grass' (healthy pet fodder) or oat grass for juicing. Leafy, fodder-specific varieties are best for producing lush, soft grass quickly.
