About Lime

Acid lime (kagzi nimbu) is the small, intensely sour citrus that powers Indian kitchens and is far more pot-friendly than the larger sweet orange. The classic Kagzi lime is the easiest terrace pick; improved selections like Pramalini and Vikram offer higher yields. Buy grafted plants on a dwarfing rootstock where possible, as seedling kagzi is very canker- and Tristeza-prone.
