About Blueberry

An extremely challenging crop for the UP plains. Standard blueberries require heavy winter chilling and die in extreme heat. Success on a terrace strictly requires 'Southern Highbush' low-chill varieties and a heavily modified, purely acidic potting mix (pH 4.5-5.5) completely free of standard alkaline garden soil.
